Its been a while

Ok so its been quite a while since I've posted anything here ... especially since my last post of the FL/GA trip in 2008 was exactly 1 year ago as of this past weekend. But in my defense it has been a pretty darn busy year! Since my last post I have gone through the craziest months of my life... in probably the craziest time anyone would choose to do this..... I opened my own business. Its a great feeling .... and its the most terrified I have ever been ... all wrapped up in one!!!

I moved to Statesboro, GA sans husband for the (hopefully VERY short) time being. Opened a State Farm agency in August, and have been hanging on ever since. :) I won't bore you with the details of pressure and stress and numbers, etc... but basically I have a few years to prove myself to the big dogs in the company resulting in a permanent contract. I am so grateful for the support of all of my friends and family that have done what they can to help us, even in these first few months.

We are hoping Mark will be up here within the next month. He has been asked back for his final interview with Statesboro PD which will hopefully occur next week.

I will try to go through and post any fun events that I have pictures from and I will make sure to update our site more often. I thought I might start using it as therapy... get out all the stress on here... but then I thought....... that could get ugly. :)
